In longs we had the Pocket Tights (AR 2049)  and our clients have loved them (us too!).  This particular pocket fits a large phone, keys and some money.  But dont worry, because the pocket still sits flat against the body.  You can run with everything in the pocket also, it has a double flap to secure all your goodies.
